Resolved Question: Which University is Better Georgia State University or Old Dominion University?

I am going to be an incoming freshman at Old Dominion majoring in exercise science. I would really like to attend Georgia State university as it is where my heart desires, therefore that is why I want to transfer after my first year. I would like to know of the two schools which one is best for Exercise science and Physical Therapy. After completing my undergraduate I would like to attend Emory University to get my Masters or Doctorates in Physical Therapy. But My Mothers Boss Told her that if I transfer from Old dominion university I would have a better chance of getting accepted rather then transferring from Georgia State University Which is in the same state as Georgia State University.
